What was the highlight of htop Olympic #htopEnjoy

It could have been better.

Breakfast was good, there was a good variety of food to select from. Lunch and dinner were not too bad either.

The room was very basic, no coffee/tea facilities in the room, no table apart from the bedside stool, water was either too hot or cold and it was very noisy at night. The beds were too narrow.

Basic - was ok to sleep in but it’s just a very budget hotel in a good location

Cheap accomodation and good location not far from the beach.

Very dated. Rooms could do with a deep clean and upgrade. Bedding/covers had pulled threads and daily clean definitely did not Hoover/sweep floors as they were dirty. No fridge or tea/coffee making facilities.

Clean property and well organised, fresh food and surprisingly good coffee. Staff very helpful!

Extremely busy, loud guests in the middle.of the night, no good for those who wants to sleep at night. Also the room equipment old and poor, it looks like a very very old hotel inside.

Very Good

In general , my stay was fine/good. My friends who were booked on the same day that I was there enjoyed their stay eapecially the children. We were in rooms 117, 118 and me 157.

What we didn't like and I hope you take note of it is that all our rooms were opened by the cleaners ahead of check out time. I've been into places and into different kinds of place to stay from the least expensive up to the expensive ones but never I experienced it. I understand that some clients go out ahead of check for reasons but make it standard in your hotel to open the rooms for cleaning unless it is 10:01am onwards, in your case of 10am check out. Have some respect to clients because it is still inside the time they paid for. Thank you

Loud music around pool at times during the day, breakfast felt unorganised and plates were not removed- often we had to clear a table ourselves to sit down, sun beds uncomfortable, very close to each other around pool.

The staff members were friendly. However, nobody controls the rules of the hotel. For example: in the swimming pool there are big signs saying that you cannot play ball games inside the pool or use big swimming rings and people are using it. This was really annoying and nobody from the hotel was controlling that.

Hotel needs a refurbishment very outdated. Lack of control of the rules in the swimming pools.

For a short break and some where to put your head it was clean and friendly staff

Staff were friendly, hotel is clean, I had hot water for my showers

The room I had was very outdated….the sink was coming away from the wall, there were cracked tiles

Didn't find staff very friendly, apart from reception staff. Had 3 different pools to chose from, depending on what time you went down for breakfast there could be alot of uncleared dirty dishes on the tables and hard to find somewhere clean to sit

Enjoyable stay but not sure id rush back

Great location and 3 pools was nice as it can get busy round the main pool

Breakfast was very basic to say the lease and felt rushed as it was so busy, with no individual tables only large tables so you end up fighting for a place to sit Parking is really difficult in the local vicinity and the hotel charge €15 a day to park in their car park

Great value for money & location is super

Hotel was super value with an amazing location.

Hotel itself is very dated. We also had a bad smell from the drain in our room. The tiles on the balcony were broken and the rooms are extremely plain.

When its dinner and breakfast time it is like you are in a hunting place. You need to hunt for your table and before that you have to wait like 30mins before you can enter the restaurant.

Too Basic Rooms

The food wasn't bad, there is something for everyone.

The room was too basic, no fridge or kettle. We had to pay for the fridge, there were not enough sockets to plug the fridge and they just dumped it and left. The AC did not work. We complained, and technicians were sent a few times but had no luck and no communication. The phone in the room did not work, so you can't even ring the reception.

plenty of choice for food, location ideal. most of the staff were really nice.

couldn’t get a drink before 9am with all inclusive. coffee machine was shut off till 9am. This is not good enough, especially for travellers who are leaving the hotel for early flights, not being able to get a drink. not as nice as other h.top hotels we have stayed in.
